Flow until the day you arrive

This is an explanation of the flow from the inquiry to the day of your arrival in Japan.

  • STEP.1 : Contact Us

    For inquiries and tour reservations, please use the inquiry form. The input information will be sent to us.

  • STEP.4 : tour details

    After payment is complete, we will contact you with details such as pick-up method and tour time schedule.

  • STEP.2 : Confirmation

    We will reply if you can make a reservation. Please check the contents and if there is no problem, the reservation contents will be confirmed.

  • STEP.5 : arriving details

    We will inform you of the driver name and mobile phone number in charge 2-3 days before coming to Japan and welcome you when you arrive.

  • STEP.3  Payment

    Once the reservation details are confirmed, we will issue an invoice by remittance. Please pay according to the guidance

  • STEP.6  Airport Pick up

    We will arrange a pick up for you to your destination. Please pay if there are additional charges such as parking fee, highway fee.
